The new year has begun, and we are united and focused. On February 12, 2026, Shide Equipment held a grand 2025 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference. Chairman Chang Mingde of the company, along with all the leadership team members, attended the event. A total of five categories of honors were awarded, including all-round model worker, quality model worker, quality model, advanced worker, and advanced team. After the award ceremony, the conference entered the speech session. Vice General Manager Wang Yinquan, on behalf of Chairman Chang Mingde, delivered an important speech, comprehensively summarizing the remarkable achievements of the company in 2025, pointing out that the company achieved a counter-cyclical rise under the overall environment of the industry, achieving unprecedented "four mosts" - the lowest scrap rate in history, the highest output in history, the highest economic benefits in history, and the highest total salary of employees in history, allowing all employees to gain a great sense of happiness and belonging, and making overall work arrangements for 2026.

The company aims to achieve a production output breakthrough of 20,000 tons and keep the comprehensive scrap rate within 2.19% or below.
