On September 15, the leaders of Singapore ASMPT company visited our company and conducted in-depth communication and field visits with Chang Mingde, chairman and general manager of the company, Zhao Shanyou, Xu Xiaozheng and Wang Yinquan on cooperative development of semiconductor equipment components.

      ASMPT, a subsidiary of the global semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry giant ASML Corporation, is headquartered in Singapore and provides solutions for the whole process from chip interconnection carrier to chip assembly and packaging to surface mount technology.

   The guests visited the production workshop and spoke highly of the management and technical capabilities of our company from order acceptance, process design, new product development, to casting, processing, assembly and other processes.

    This is the world's leading technology cooperation project in the field of semiconductor equipment manufacturing, and the two sides have discussed the process plan several times since the second half of 2022. The body of the ultra-high speed SMT machine is updated from the steel plate structure to the casting structure, which enhances the stability and accuracy, and realizes the iterative upgrade. The equipment parts, from casting, processing to assembly, are completed by our company. In August this year, Chairman Chang Mingde led a team to Singapore for investigation and negotiation, and the two sides signed a cooperation agreement. On October 27, the company successfully completed the processing of semiconductor equipment components and the assembly of trial production samples. The process, quality and other aspects have exceeded the expectations of customers and us, and laid a solid foundation for the two sides to open up broad prospects for cooperation.
